Hr2Payroll is a compete solution to all payroll and tax problems. We offer features like TDS calculator, HRA/PF calculator, Gratuity calculator, and complete freedom to store employee details, relieving employee’s details, salary components and much more. You simply have to setup your company details and employee details once, after that our application automatically calculates and generates all reports. |

| How can I choose a Plan? |
Go to Service plan page, list of all the plans with details are featured there. Choose a plan that suits you, we have divided the plans on the basis of number of employees. You just have to click on signup link and fill the form. |

| Can I upgrade and downgrade the plan? |
Yes, you can upgrade and downgrade the plans. You just have to go to your control panel and change the plan. There after the payment will be made according to changed plan. |

| Yes, you can use Hr2Payroll Services from anywhere. We do not impose any restriction on you. |

| How is my company Data Secure? |
Your access to your account is Secure Socket Layer (SSL) secure. This simply means, when you login to your account, information exchange to and fro the server is encrypted and decrypted, any hacking to this information, is simply not possible when compared to information exchange on internet, which is not SSL secure. |

| What happens to my data if your server fails? |
Your data is kept on two hard disks on same server using RAID1 technology. In case one hard disk fails, data is available from second hard disk. Also our IT Infrastructure team backup server data every 24-48 hrs at day. This data is kept on backup servers. In case of server failure, your data will be restored from backup server.
We however recommend Hr2Payroll Customers to maintain a backup of their data locally. |
